Shipping and Handling
We offer trackable shipping worldwide and each package is estimated to arrive between 15-40 business days after your order is shipped. The time taken is usually shorter, but we do not have control over customs, and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.

Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this happen.
Processing Time vs Shipping Time
Please note that processing time (3-5 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 3-5 business days, but can take up 7 days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).
Canceling an order
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 1 hour as we would have logged it into our automated system and forwarded the item although it may not be marked as fulfilled as of yet.

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 15USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs.
Custom / Duty Fees
Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on backorder
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
- Different supply warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses and suppliers to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)

*Please note that the tracking system does not update during the transit period between countries, but it will update again once it’s in your country.
**We are not responsible for items that are lost in the mailing system. All items are shipped out via a trackable method. On the very rare occasion an item is not delivered within 30 business days after it has been shipped, we will reship a new piece via the same delivery method.
